Tonight, the forces detained 14 wanted Palestinians throughout Judea and Samaria and carried out an operation to thwart terrorism in the Jenin refugee camp in the Menashe Brigade. During the operation, engineering tools uncovered over 80 ready-to-use IEDs planted under roads with the intention of harming our forces and arrested two wanted persons.
In another brigade operation in the Kasbah of Nablus in the Samaria Brigade, reserve fighters interrogated suspects, detained two wanted men, and after searching for weapons, pistols, weapons, ammunition and military equipment were confiscated. In addition, the fighters located a number of ready-to-use IED sites and destroyed them. One of the sites of IEDs destroyed was in the vicinity of a café in the Kasbah. During the operation, disturbances developed, including throwing stones and IEDs, the forces responded with gunfire, and hits were identified.

In the village of Atarah in the Binyamin Brigade, fighters mapped the house of one of the terrorists who carried out the shooting attack near the British police junction earlier this week. In the village of Tarqumiya in the Judea Brigade, two wanted men were detained and about 100 IEDs ready for use were destroyed, and weapons were found in Bethlehem in the Etzion Brigade. In addition, in the village of Dura and in the city of Hebron in the Judea Brigade, the forces confiscated large amounts of terrorist funds.
The wanted persons who were arrested and the weapons confiscated were transferred to the security forces for further treatment, there are no casualties to our forces.
